(Berlin, MD) Ocean Aviation Flight Academy is seeking applicants for the position of Chief Flight Instructor.
For 17 years, Ocean Aviation has been a leader in flight training in Maryland and Delaware. As a Cessna Pilot Center, Ocean Aviation operates from two locations: Ocean City, MD, (OXB) and Georgetown, DE (GED). The right person will be an energetic Chief Flight Instructor who strives to develop skilled pilots, mentor new CFI’s, and deliver the highest level of customer experience.
Applicant must meet all FAA requirements of Part 141 Chief Instructor including at least 2000 hours total time, and at least five years of active experience as a certified flight instructor (FAA Part 141.35) in an FAA Part 141 environment.
Ocean City, MD, is a beautiful seaside community that offers abundant housing, excellent schools, and access to a wide variety of activities and entertainment. Drive time from Annapolis is 2 hours, Washington DC is 3 hours, and Philadelphia is 3 hours.
This is a full-time, management position in a beautiful and dynamic training environment. Relocation to the region will be essential to be successful in this role.
