This article from the Harvard Business Review struck a cord with me. At Stratus BD we are frequently involved with organizations undergoing some form of change. Ron Carucci really nails it in his analysis of why organizations all too frequently fail to successfully navigate change. While Ron is addressing transformational changes in bigger orgs, we see the same issues at scale. Change takes time, A LOT of work, and supportive leadership.
